Acceptance
By creating an account or using AgencyAssist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What AgencyAssist provides
AgencyAssist is a software tool that helps insurance agents collect client information and generate ACORD form PDFs. We do not provide insurance advice, underwriting decisions, or coverage recommendations. All coverage decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed agent.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be a licensed insurance professional or work directly with one to use this platform. Each seat is for one individual — sharing accounts across multiple people is not permitted.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing your submissions and generating new intake forms.
Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
Client data
You are responsible for obtaining proper authorization from your clients before submitting their information through AgencyAssist. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding client data, including state insurance regulations.
Limitation of liability
AgencyAssist is provided as-is. We are not liable for errors in generated ACORD forms, submission rejections by carriers, or any decisions made based on information collected through our platform. Always review all forms before submission.
