What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers). When your clients complete an intake form, we collect the business information they provide, which you can view in your dashboard.
How we use your data
We use your information to operate the AgencyAssist platform — generating intake forms, producing ACORD PDFs, and sending you notifications when clients complete forms. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to any third party.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@agencyassist.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
