What ACORD forms do you support?

AgencyAssist currently generates ACORD 125 (Commercial Lines Application), ACORD 126 (Commercial General Liability), ACORD 130 (Commercial Auto), ACORD 140 (Property), and ACORD 131 (Additional Remarks Schedule), plus industry-specific supplement forms. We are actively expanding coverage — if you need a specific form, contact us and we will prioritize it.

How accurate is the field mapping?

AgencyAssist maps plain-English client answers directly to the correct ACORD fields with high accuracy. Every submission also includes an underwriting summary that flags anything incomplete or unusual, so you can review before submitting.

Can I customize the intake questions?

Custom intake questions are on our roadmap. Right now the intake form is standardized to ensure complete and accurate ACORD mapping. If you have specific needs, reach out and we can discuss options.

Does this work with my existing AMS?

Accepted Answer

AgencyAssist works alongside your existing AMS — it does not replace it. You download the completed ACORD PDF and upload it to your AMS as you normally would. Direct AMS integrations are planned for a future release.

Can I import my existing clients from another tool?

Yes. Go to your dashboard and click "Import clients" (top right, next to New Submission). Export your client list from any tool you use as a CSV file, then upload it here. AgencyAssist will detect the columns, let you map them, show you a preview, and import your clients in bulk. Duplicate emails are automatically skipped.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Clients receive a unique intake link and fill out the form directly in their browser — no account, no app, no login required. It works on any device including phones and tablets.

What do clients see when they open the intake link?

Accepted Answer

Clients see a clean, plain-English form asking questions about their business. There is no insurance jargon, no confusing ACORD field names — just simple questions they can answer in their own words. Most clients complete it in under 10 minutes.

Can a client save their progress and come back later?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the intake form automatically saves progress as the client fills it out. They can close the browser and return to the same link to continue where they left off.

Is my client data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and your client data is never shared with third parties. Each intake link is unique and expires after submission.

Who owns the data submitted through AgencyAssist?

Accepted Answer

You do. Your client submissions belong to you and your agency. We do not use your client data for any purpose other than generating your ACORD forms and summaries.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

Accepted Answer

After your trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel or change plans at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. There are no long-term contracts.

Can I change my plan after signing up?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will make it right. We stand behind the product.

Is there a limit on intake form submissions?

No. All plans include unlimited intake form submissions. You are never charged per submission or per ACORD form generated.
